Please call city hall or email Karen at kbizzell@richlandmo.info to set up your account to be billed electronically by email and / or set up to have your monthly bill automatically deducted on the 12th of each month. This is a FREE Service.
All utility bills are due on the 15th day of each month. A 10% penalty is applied on the 16th. If the bill has not been paid by 7:30 am on the morning of the 20th, you will be on the disconnect list and you will be required to pay an additional charge of $ 30.00 to bring your bill current. If the bill is not current on or before the end of month billing cycle, then your deposit will be used to assist in bringing your account current. A new deposit, plus an additional fee must be paid before utilities can be activated.
